PLEASE NOTE: Although we have posted these hours, it is always best to call ahead to our Gravenhurst office. Quite often we are called out on new cottage listings and on some occasions the office may have to be closed.
LOCATION
Our office is located on the main street of Gravenhurst, Ontario, the traditional "Gateway to Muskoka", at 170 Muskoka Rd. North. From Toronto (about two hours from downtown) Ontario, follow Highways 400 and 11 to Highway 169 exit, Gravenhurst. Follow the signs for the Business District, come through the Gateway, to the traffic lights in the centre of town. 170 Muskoka Rd. N. is near the northeast corner of this intersection, between the Albion Hotel and Scotiabank, across from the Post Office on Muskoka Road. For those that like to arrive at the cottage in "style", limousine service and private jets can be arranged. It is one of the oldest buildings in Gravenhurst (over 100 years old) and one of the very few frame buildings to have survived a devastating fire suffered by the town in the late 1800's. In 1998, the Town of Gravenhurst's Renovation Recognition Committee awarded us with a plaque and monetary award for 'Outstanding Improvement to External Appearance - Commercial'.
Gravenhurst offers many interesting attractions such as the famous Segwun steam ship, Gravenhurst Opera House and Bethune House. Most recently, the Muskoka Wharf was constructed featuring dining establishments, shops and a museum known as Grace and Speed.
